       "An Act relating to the authority of pharmacists to                                                                      
       prescribe and dispense self-administered hormonal                                                                        
       contraceptives; relating to the duties of the Board of                                                                   
       Pharmacy; relating to insurance coverage for                                                                             
       contraceptives prescribed by pharmacists; and providing
